   • Phone number

   Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons, including:

   • Booking and transaction history
   • Location data related to completed services
   • Payment references, invoices, and accounting records
   • System logs and audit trails

   Retained data is used strictly for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.




4. Identity Verification

   To prevent unauthorized deletion, Cruze may verify the identity of the requester before processing the request. Requests without sufficient verification may be rejected.




5. Deletion Timeline & Completion

   • Requests are processed within up to 30 days after verification
   • Deletion is complete only after a confirmation email is sent
   • Users may follow up only after the processing period
   • Backup or archived systems may retain residual data temporarily



6. Impact of Deletion

   Once personal identifiers are deleted:

   • User accounts may be permanently disabled
   • Access to bookings, receipts, and support may no longer be available
   • Deleted data cannot be recovered
