These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cruze / Cruze Asia websites, mobile applications, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Cruze services.




2. Services

   Cruze provides a technology platform that facilitates bookings for theatre and event ticketing, taxi and auto services, tour packages, and related offerings. All services are subject to availability and may be provided by independent third-party service providers.




3. User Responsibilities

   • Provide accurate and complete information
   • Use services for lawful purposes only
   • Not misuse, disrupt, or harm the platform, partners, or other users



4. Bookings & Payments

   Prices, taxes, platform fees, convenience fees, and other applicable charges are displayed before booking confirmation. Payment must be completed to confirm a booking.




5. Cancellations & Refunds

   Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.




6. Intellectual Property

   All content, logos, trademarks, and software available on Cruze platforms are owned by or licensed to Cruze. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.




7. Service Changes

   Cruze may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.




8. Platform Role & Limited Responsibility

   Cruze operates solely as a technology platform facilitating discovery, booking, and payments between users and independent third-party service providers such as theatre owners, drivers, vehicle owners, and tour operators.

   Cruze does not own, operate, or manage the underlying transportation, tour, or event services unless explicitly stated in writing.




9. Insurance & Risk Disclaimer

   Cruze does not own, operate, manage, or insure any vehicles or tours listed on the platform. Any legally required insurance is the sole responsibility of the respective service provider.

   Users are encouraged to obtain personal or travel insurance if required.




10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

    a) Theatre & Event Ticket Bookings

    Cruze acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or service deficiencies caused by organizers.

    b) Taxi & Auto Services

    Cruze does not own or operate taxi or auto services. Any liability shall not exceed three (3) times the amount paid for the booking.

    c) Tour Packages

    Cruze is not liable for service deficiencies caused by tour operators. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the platform fee charged by Cruze.




11. Chargebacks & Payment Abuse

    Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of user accounts and further legal action.




12. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold Cruze harmless from claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.




13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hospet, Karnataka, India.




14. Updates to Terms

    Cruze may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
