   • Prices displayed include applicable platform or service fees
   • Taxes such as GST are shown wherever required by law
   • No hidden charges are applied after payment confirmation



3. Platform & Convenience Fees

   Cruze may charge a Platform Fee for providing booking, technology, and operational services.

   For online transactions, a Convenience Fee may be applied to cover payment processing and gateway costs. All such fees are displayed before confirmation.




4. Theatre & Event Ticket Pricing

   • Ticket prices are determined by theatres or event organizers
   • Seat availability and pricing may change until booking is confirmed
   • Applicable platform or convenience fees are shown before payment



5. Taxi & Auto Pricing

   • Fares may be meter-based, fixed-price, bidding-based, or dynamic
   • Estimated or final fare is shown before booking confirmation
   • Additional charges such as tolls or waiting fees, if applicable, are disclosed wherever possible



6. Tour Package Pricing

   Tour package prices are displayed on the booking page and may be set by Cruze or third-party tour operators.

   In case of incorrect pricing due to technical or listing errors, Cruze reserves the right to correct such errors before booking confirmation in accordance with applicable laws.

   Refunds and cancellations are governed by the respective service’s refund policy and the terms provided at the time of booking.
