This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules applicable to bookings made through Cruze Asia platforms, including theatre ticketing, taxi/auto services, tour packages, and related services. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. General Policy

   All bookings made through Cruze Asia are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only under limited exceptional circumstances.




2. Theatre & Event Ticket Bookings

   • All theatre and event ticket bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
   • Seat selection, show timings, pricing, and availability are controlled by the theatre.
   • Cruze acts only as a technology and booking platform.

   Exceptional Cases (With Theatre Approval Only):

   • Refunds are entirely discretionary and subject to theatre approval
   • Refunds are not a user entitlement
   • Refunds depend on third-party and payment gateway feasibility



3. Taxi / Auto / Cab Bookings

   • Taxi, auto, and cab bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
   • No cancellation is allowed after driver assignment or booking acceptance.
   • No refunds for delays, route changes, or user unavailability.



4. Tour Packages & Travel Services

   • All tour package bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
   • Failure to join, partial usage, or plan changes do not qualify for refunds.



5. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

   Refunds may be considered solely at Cruze’s discretion in extraordinary situations such as:

   • Government-imposed restrictions
   • Natural disasters
   • Legal or regulatory prohibitions

   All decisions are case-by-case and not guaranteed.




6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
   • Processing typically takes up to 15 working days
   • Gateway fees, convenience charges, or taxes may not be refundable



7. Chargeback Abuse

   Users must not initiate unjustified chargebacks. Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in account suspension or legal action.




8. Policy Updates

   Cruze reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
